Why do I need to login before booking?
As of now, we are not allowing guests without homeowner/lotowner/resident accompanying the group. We also want to avoid cases where you bring in extra guests without paying. If you have unpaid swimming pool usage, you are not allowed to book again.
Can we get a refund?
Unfortunately no, because we reserved the time slot for you. But you can move your schedule for some other time.
