2021-2023 BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION

VOTING PROCESS:

  1. The elected COMELEC members will determine and announce the names of OGHAI members who are qualified to vote prior to the election day. (member in good standing & paid their on-time membership fee based on the records and endorsement of FLI HOA Management/Administrator);
  2. The COMELEC will announce assigned voting schedule for every qualified voter to ensure that no more than 5 voters will enter the voting area which will be in the Main Hall of our Orange Grove community clubhouse. Each voter will be given 15 minutes to register, fill-out and cast her/his ballot;
  3. On the election day, Qualified voter should wear face mask and will only be allowed to enter the voting area after stepping on the foot bath and spraying his/her hands with alcohol at the designated entrance. He/she may get the Official Ballot from the COMELEC Chairman or member after performing aforementioned safety protocols;
  4. Qualified voter shall Proceed to the assigned table to fill-up the ballot & please write legibly;
  5. The member may go back to the COMELEC Chairman for thumb marking of the filled out ballot and for the signature;
  6. The member will then proceed to the ballot box to cast their ballot with the voter’s data. Each voter will be given 15 minutes to register, fill-out and cast her/his ballot;
  7. After casting the vote, the member is not allowed to socialize with COMELEC members or interfere with the affairs of the COMELEC members and should immediately step out of the room or clubhouse area via the designated exit. A one-way traffic will be strictly observed in the voting area to maintain social distancing.
